Job Summary: The Curriculum Coordinator leads and oversees the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Uganda National Primary Curriculum at Shree Sahajanand Primary School. The role integrates pedagogical leadership, digital transformation, teacher capacity-building, and curriculum innovation-especially in early years thematic teaching and upper primary exam preparation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education.
- At least 5 years of classroom teaching experience, with 2+ years in a
- coordination or academic leadership role.
- Training or certification in pedagogical leadership or instructional coaching is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing candidates for
- PLE (Primary Leaving Examinations) is required.
- Demonstrated use of digital tools in education.
