Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motorbike business. This leadership role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain, production, distribution, logistics, and after-sales support processes to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing or logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational strategy and process improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and servicing.
- Ensure efficient production and assembly of motorbikes to meet quality and volume targets.
- Supervise logistics planning and vehicle delivery operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of motorbikes to dealers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee audit and risk management processes within the operations division.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service departments to align operational output with business goals.
- Report performance metrics and strategic updates to the executive team.
- Develop and manage the annual operations budget, including cost analysis and forecasting.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies or practices that improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
