Job Summary: The National Content Officer will be responsible for completing, implementing, and achieving the National Content commitments, strategies, and plans.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of National Content Monthly Report Compilation.
  • Coordinate National content initiatives for local communities in liaison with the department heads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the National content performance across all requirements.
  • Have biweekly meetings with the Manager and team to discuss the status and process of the different requirements.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and review of training plans, recruitment, procurement of supplies, etc.
  • Responsible for reporting any National content concerns on the project site and overseeing the implementation and recommendations of the National Content Policy.
  • Continuously monitor suppliers’ commitment and achievements.
  • Continuously follow up on the National Content regulations and policies in close collaboration with the department
  • Ensures regular enterprise audits are undertaken to establish the state of enterprises, identify gaps, and propose initiatives to close the gaps.
  • Follows up and coordinates the realization of the national content commitments.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time as may be assigned by your immediate supervisor in accordance with your job roles and prevailing conditions.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Statistics or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for robust reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
