Job Summary: To lead the Bancassurance function by managing partnerships with banking institutions and overseeing the sales team to ensure sustainable growth in premium income from Bancassurance channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Bancassurance business strategy.
- Manage bank partner relationships and ensure channel profitability.
- Lead and supervise Relationship Officers and Bancassurance Specified Officer across bank branches.
- Drive product awareness and cross-selling through bank staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
- Professional qualification in Insurance (e.g. COP, CII) is an advantage
Details of experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Bancassurance or financial services sales leadership
