Job Summary: Key Account Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that sales duties and responsibilities assigned are fully executed on a timely basis to achieve company strategic objectives

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Coverage

  • Opening new outlets in KA market
  • Maintaining the existing key accounts outlets.
  • Visiting outlets 100% percent at the recommended time.

Productivity

  • Visiting customers and negotiating for new orders from customer.
  • Following up and picking payments for the due outstanding
  • Promotion activation

Pricing

  • Ensuring that Key Accounts outlets sale products at the Recommended Selling price and products should be priced.

Distribution

  • 100% PSKU in all outlets all the time as per the SBDS classification.

Shelving & Merchandising

  • Ensuring that Products are properly merchandised in the right categories.
  • Negotiate for space to increase shelf share and displays to increase visibility.
  • Stock taking before requesting for order and ensure products short xpires are managed. (FIFO
  • Supervise merchandisers within your outlet

Customer Care

  • Advising customers on the merits of the products available in the outlet.
  • Communicating offers & new brands to customer
  • Giving frequent and prompt feedback to customer

MIS Reporting

  • Making Daily Sales Reports (DSR) on the stock status, Pricing, short expiries, damages and any competitor related activities in the outlet
  • Attend morning meetings for review

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or Related field
  • At least 2 years’+ work experience in the same field with a reputable organization.
