Job Summary: Mkazipreneur is looking for an experienced IT Support officer to provide technical support while also managing the company’s website and e-commerce platform.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS),
- Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email setups, permissions).
- Maintain and update the company website (content, images, blog posts).
- Ensure website performance, security, and uptime (monitor backups, SSL certificates, plugins).
- Work with developers on technical improvements.
- Administer and maintain the e-commerce platform.
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, inventory syncs, and payment gateway configurations.
- Troubleshoot checkout issues, shipping integrations, and third-party app conflicts.
- Monitor site performance, load speed, and security patches to prevent downtime.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, or related field
- 2+ years in IT support
- 1+ year managing websites/e-commerce platforms.
