- Graduated within the last one year (approx. July 2024 – July 2025).
- Proactive attitude and a “go-getter”.
- For HR Trainees: A Degree in Human Resource Management is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn.
