Job Title: Head of Fulfilment

About Organisation:
Klan Logistics is an enabler of end-to-end supply chain solutions, specializing in haulage, storage, and handling of import/export cargo, as well as trucking, distribution and last mile fulfilment of domestic consignments.
Job Summary: To provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s countrywide warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory management, swift order processing, timely dispatch, risk mitigation, accountability and customer centric delivery. All contributing to seamless supply chain execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a fulfilment strategy aligned to countrywide service-level objectives
- Oversee performance across a network of warehouses and dispatch centers
- Champion warehouse risk management, safety protocols, and compliance
- Drive high standards in order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory integrity
- Lead automation, technology adoption, and fulfilment optimization initiatives
- Report monthly and quarterly with insights and recommendations for Executive Leadership and the Board
- Collaborate with other unit teams to meet evolving client demands
- Drive a culture of high performance, compliance and continuous improvement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management; (CIPS and/or MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 8 years in senior warehouse/logistics management roles
- Track record of managing warehouses in multiple locations
- Strong understanding of logistics risk management and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
