Job Title: Field Sales Manager (Kotido, Moroto)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the area
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Lead and manage a team of loan agents, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve sales performance
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure that customer needs are resolved promptly within the area
- Identify training and development needs for loan agents and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Address sales-related issues and conflicts within the team or with customers and develop solutions to overcome sales challenges and improve performance
- Set realistic sales targets and goals for the loan agents and motivate them to achieve and exceeds targets through incentives and recognition.
- Onboard new dealer shops and train the agents for expansion to bring more sales
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution
Experience
- Prior experience in sales at least 5 years
- Prior experience in sales managerial position is an added advantage
