Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is hiring Direct Sales Executives for our client in the telecom industry. The role involves field-based engagement with potential customers and vendors to drive sign-ups, onboard users, and boost platform adoption

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the e-commerce platform to prospective customers and vendors within the designated area.
  • Drive daily customer sign-ups, vendor onboarding, and order placements through direct field engagement.
  • Educate users on platform features, benefits, and how to use the platform effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and registration targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users and vendors to encourage platform adoption and repeat usage.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service and user experience.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, user feedback, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with telecom field teams as needed for joint marketing or co-branded campaigns.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or any related field
  • Proven experience in field sales, digital product promotion, or mobile services is an added advantage
  • Ability to explain and sell digital platforms to both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy audiences
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, mobile money, and smartphone applications
