Job Summary: As a Delivery Success Officer, you are the essential link between clients and developers. You’ll facilitate onboarding, support daily collaboration, and ensure everyone is aligned and satisfied throughout the engagement. Your communication and coordination skills will be key to our success.
This is an entry-level role for someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Passion for technology and a basic understanding of software development
- Familiarity with agile software development practices
- Bachelor-level thinking and problem-solving ability (a degree is not required)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic, culturally aware, and able to connect with both clients and developers
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently and make sound decisions
