Job Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring prompt, efficient, and professional handling of customer interactions. This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting team development, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer loyalty.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in developing and enforcing customer service procedures and policies.
- Monitor customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Handle escalated issues and complex customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to customer service team members.
- Track and report customer service metrics and trends to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to address customer needs and service gaps.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of customer service principles and conflict resolution techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team effectively.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
