They offer a variety of feeds for different animals, including broilers, village chicken, piggery, and cattle. The company is known for its high-quality supplement feeds and also provides day-old chicks. Their products are designed to improve animal health, growth, and weight gain.
Job Summary: Backbone feeds Uganda limited is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused customer service representatives to join our company. The ideal candidates will responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and building strong customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction; respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complains via phone, emails chat or in person
- Product knowledge; provide accurate and an up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers
- Issue resolution; resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed
- Order management; manage customer orders including processing, tracking and resolving issues of orders
- Relationship building; build strong relationships with the customers, identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
- Feedback collection; collect and document customer feedback, providing insights to improve products or services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience; previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Education; a minimum of a certificate in related field from certified institute
Requirements
- Communication skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is key
- Customer focus; strong customer-centric approach with focus on building relationships with the customers
- Problem solving skill; The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.
- Product knowledge, familiarity with our products and services is important
- Technical skill, proficiency in customer management software, emails and other customer service tools
