Job Summary: We’re looking for a female with a call center background, who’s confident on the phone, works well under pressure, and connects easily with people.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the of Hospitality industry
- Training in customer care, call center operations, or CRM systems is an added advantage.
