Job Title: Corporate Banker – Custody Services

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of customer Reports; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Responsible for preparation of invoices and confirmation that all revenue has been collected from all custody clients.
- Manage risk through monitoring and complying with internal operational procedures and staying abreast of market risk trends.
- Maintain good relationships with investment managers, administrators, stockbrokers, CDSC, CMA, USE & Registrars as per established Service Level Agreements.
- Support the Manager Investor Services during unit audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure checking and validation of the units Banking Operations reports daily
- Facilitate settlement of CDSC transactions for corporate clients.
- Processing of withdrawal/pension payments for custody clients.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of regulatory returns within the set timelines.
- Manage safe custody documents.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is required.
- Professional Certifications are an added advantage.
- Master’s degree in a Business-related field is an added advantage.
Experience
- A Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience preferably in Custody Service Operations, USE/CDSC Operations, Banking Operations, Relationship and Operations Management, Customer Services and Product Knowledge.
