Job Summary: Huawei Uganda is seeking a Contract Commercial Manager to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage contract quality in the rep office, including specifying contract baselines, identifying opportunities, and setting and implementing contract improvement targets.
- Negotiate on key projects and key risks, and have certain customer relationship maintenance capabilities.
- SDT operation, sales project review and decision-making authorization solution development, etc.
- Contract fulfillment
- Contract review
- Contract drafting
- Negotiation of contract
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and skills related to contract commerce are preferred, such as:
- Telecom basic knowledge
- Commercial, legal, and financial knowledge
- Contract reading and writing knowledge and skills
- Operating tools and processes
- Customer understanding and communication
- Bachelors Degree is a must
- 3 years and above experience
- This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex contractual environments while maintaining customer relationships.
