Job Summary: To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. The Assistant Administrator supports the administrative team in handling correspondence, maintaining records, organizing logistics, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including typing, filing. photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, letters) professionally.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Assist in managing staff attendance records and leave schedules.
  • Maintain and update office inventory, supplies, and procurement requests.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system (physical and electronic).
  • Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation logistics for staff.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • support the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the Team Leader’s office.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Administrator or Management




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Aged 25-30 years.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
