Job Summary: To support client services, assist in branch administrative and accounting tasks, follow up on premium collections, and assist with the preparation of reports in line with company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrative Officer in coordinating administrative duties within the Marketing Department.
- Support retention activities by sending out timely client reminders and tracking follow-ups.
- Help prepare and distribute monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and marketing documentation.
- Support in processing Agents’ commissions, float requisitions, and expense accountabilities under guidance.
- Attend Marketing meetings, take and circulate minutes.
- Cover the reception desk in the absence of the client relationship officer-receive and direct clients and phone inquiries.
- Follow up on Agents’ commission files and loan recoveries.
- Provide general support in scheduling meetings, distributing memos, and coordinating internal communications.
- Innovate and suggest administrative or operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the customer service desk by attending to client inquiries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring professional service delivery
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A recent Graduate (Class of 2023 or 2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certificate of proficiency in Insurance is an added advantage.
Job skills and abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
