Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Country Director, Admin and Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing supply chain from a management perspective to ensure required supplies of commodities, facilities and service needs for program activities are mobilized efficiently and in a timely manner. He/she will liaise closely with the Program Director, Regional Program Managers and Area Program Managers to Field to ensure smooth implementation of new program Model and system practice in the field in adherence to the laid down policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As the Admin and Supply Chain Manager your overall responsibilities will be (JDs Key Result Areas):
- Development, implementation and oversight of supply chain systems and practices (30%)
- Team Management and Staff Development (20%)
- Planning and Management (20%)
- Security (15%)
- Overseeing Fleet management, Inventories and Stores (15%)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Admin and Supply Chain Manager should have a minimum 5-7 years project procurement and logistics management experience within an INGO environment is required.
- Thorough knowledge of donor requirements (DFID, USAID) contractual, procurement and reporting requirements required.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced University Degree (Master’s Degree or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field is preferred
- CIPS certification highly desirable

- Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and electronic mail).
- Vibrant personal relationship with Christ and studies, understands and applies FH Foundational Principles and Vision and Mission
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in people management with skills and knowledge on coaching, mentoring and delivering training to teams
- Experience working in an environment in which the security and political situation is volatile in a role which involved security management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Maintains an attitude and behavior in accordance with FH values and principles
