Job Summary: The Administration Officer will be reporting directly to the Administration supervisor and will be accountable for implementing the administrative decisions with regard to insurance, facilities / utilities management and asset management in line with Pride’s policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the cleaning activities of the bank
  • Coordinate the repairs of Pride’s fixtures and furniture
  • Coordinate the scheduled fumigation of all Pride’s premises in line with Service Level Agreements and best practice.
  • Coordinate timely provision of office teas and refreshments
  • Coordinate workshops, training and conferences
  • Preparation of airtime/data schedules and ensure its timely purchase.
  • Carry out the procurement function of assorted supplies.
  • Assets and inventory management, Track usage, condition, allocation and maintenance
  • Implement barcoding of all bank assets.
  • Maintain an up dated bar-coded assets register.
  • Verify utility bills for relevancy and initiate their settlement in line with Pride’s policy and best practice.
  • General Administrative Support
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Degree in any field.
  • 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Writing and Reporting.
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
