Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated track record of good performance in their current or previous roles.
- Strong leadership potential and commitment to Pride Bank’s values and strategic goals.
- Relevant experience and qualifications aligned with the role of interest.
- Willingness to undergo further development and assessment as part of the AEDP.
- No disciplinary track record.
- Must be a confirmed staff.
