Job Summary: The key purpose of the programme is to address the acquisition of technical skills and experience for graduates as well as familiarize them with the company culture and principles. The rigor of the programme should ensure that an individual that has completed the programme can be allocated an area of responsibility immediately.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
- Communicate effectively in teams
- Contribute to self and team development
- All work is carried out using the VPO principles
- Understands, Implements and Complies to the GOP requirements
- Sustains what has been implemented
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
