Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Subscriber Verification Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team at a top-tier telecom company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents, received both digitally and physically at the Data Centre while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents received both digitally and physically while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Take primary responsibility for verifying subscriber documents in line with established processes and quality standards.
- Ensure all submitted documents meet Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements.
- Sort, organize, and prepare all incoming documents for processing according to set procedures.
- Accurately scan and index all verified documents into the system following the defined guidelines.
- Identify and flag any discrepancies or incomplete documentation for further review or follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent verification standards and support continuous process improvement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and records management
- Prior experience in a service or business-focused organization preferred
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
- Strong work ethic, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
