Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (videos, photos, captions and stories) for TikTok, You Tube, WhatsApp Business, Snapchat, Instagram and X, Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and attract new customers
- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and quality.
- KPIs will be provided,
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and build a community online
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
- Strong skills in content creation (video editing, photography, graphic design)
- Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) is a plus.
