Job Title: Soap Production Assistant/Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Zero safety incidents and follow all safety norms
- Planning and organizing production schedules and delivery.
- Determining quality control and standard – follow SOP.
- OEE SHOULD BE >90% .
- RM/PM wastage control.
- Identifying bottleneck and de bottlenecking.
- Implement the new ideas, kaizen 5s, and autonomous maintenance.
- Responsible for generation/collation of monthly operation summary.
- Maintaining the IR to run the smooth operation of the plant.
- Ensure to maintain DPMU target.
- Ensure no consumer complain.
- RCA/CAPA to improve the quality standards and other processes and safety improvements
- Ensure production delivery within the budget(manpower/ton, energy cost/ton, R&M per ton)
- Assure process team 100% adherence to all recipes and design and /or procedures (No deviation)
- Assure process team 100% adherence to all company GMP (Good manufacturing practices) and SOP (No deviation).
- Act as back up for other shift officers when absent.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Psychology
- Having any other engineering, laboratory qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 -10years of soap (laundry, Toilet, liquid, Noodles) manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position with Strong background in industrial specialization
- Hands-on experience and well versed with continuous saponification, semi boil, and full boil and Experience in plants maintenance is an added advantage Full-time, based at Lira factory.
