NEC-STREIT (U) LTD is a joint venture company between STREIT Group a leading armoured vehicle manufacturer based at Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates and National Enterprise Corporation, a commercial arm of Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs. The two companies operate an armoured vehicle Manufacturing and assembly plant at Nakasongola, north of Kampala, Uganda. Recently the company opened an armoured vehicle showroom at Abaita Ababiri, Entebbe, Uganda.
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and Professional Receptionist to join our team at the new amoured vehicle showroom located at Abaita Ababiri, Entebbe Road. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our showroom.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to potential customers, suppliers and partners.
- Manage Front Desk: Answer and direct phones calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondences.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filling and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Scheduling: Manage schedules, appointments and bookings for sales team and management.
- Maintain Showroom: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized and presentable.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, Secretarial Studies, Information Technology and other related fields.
- Experience: Previous work experience as a receptionist or customer care or similar role for not less than
