Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To develop personalized coaching strategies, manage a team of financial coaches, and to collaborate across departments to integrate financial well-being into insurance offerings. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial education, proactive in identifying client needs, and skilled at implementing scalable coaching programs
  • Work closely with advisors, products teams, and customer Service Professionals to integrate financial coaching into insurance solutions.
  • Identify trends in policyholder financial behaviours and recommend improvements to insurance product offerings
  • Lead interactive financial coaching sessions, educating clients on budgeting, savings, debt management, and wealth-building strategies
  • Implement and oversee comprehensive financial fitness programs tailored to policyholders, ensuring alignment with their financial goals, insurance needs, and risk management strategies.

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A First Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial coaching, insurance advisory, wealth management, or financial planning
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, financial markets, and behavioural finance principles
  • Proven ability to lead financial education initiatives, drive engagement, and support financial decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to tailor advice to diverse client needs.
