Mildmay Uganda is an indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.
Job Summary: To support the delivery of efficient and high-quality diagnostic laboratory services at Mildmay Hospital Uganda, contributing to effective patient care, research, and strategic program implementation in line with institutional standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely laboratory tests to support clinical decision-making and patient management.
- Participate in laboratory-based research to inform program management, contribute to scientific knowledge, and support affiliated research initiatives.
- Team Collaboration and Support
- Contribute to departmental planning and the execution of planned targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques.
- Valid Registration and Licence with Allied Health Professional Council.
Job related experience and knowledge:
- 1-year experience in a busy Hospital/Lab
