Industrial Security Services Limited is a Madhvani Group company and a leading security agency in Uganda with above 1,400 guards’ workforce with its head office in Jinja.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee full HR operations within the company
- Manage workforce planning and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support training and development programs
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven HR experience within a security company
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and industry regulations
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to handle dynamic and demanding environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
