Job Summary: This is a full-time hybrid position for a Graduate Sales Trainee based in Kampala, Uganda, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Sales Trainee, you will:
- Learn and contribute to the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage client relationships
- Support customer service activities
- Participate in sales presentations and training sessions
- Develop an understanding of Sofdas Technologies’ products and services
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with the sales and marketing team
- You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in IT sales and business development while working closely with experienced professionals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and a keen interest in IT and digital solutions
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Confidence in interacting with diverse groups of people
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in delivering or facilitating training is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computers and common business software (MS Office, Email, CRM tools, etc.)
- Must be a fresh graduate (graduated within the past 2 years), a current finalist, or awaiting graduation
- Must be 30 years of age or below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
