Job Summary: A proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Uganda team. This is a 100% field-based, full-time role focused on driving business growth through client engagement, solution selling, and relationship management. If you’re passionate about technology, confident in the field, and excited by sales, we want to meet you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and product demonstrations
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and refine strategies
- Meet and exceed set sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional customer support
- Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s technology solutions
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or IT solutions is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing and able to travel extensively within Uganda (100% field-based role)
