Job Title: Fleet Artisan (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: The primary role of a fleet artisan is to ensure the availability of the fleet by doing top-quality Maintenance, Root cause analysis and troubleshooting plus making sure that all Maintenance activities are carried out according to the CCBU fleet Policy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Maintenance requests are provided with work assessments to properly address the request, make sure all repairs are done according to the Maintenance schedule and the maintenance request, also if additional defect is found during repair, close the defect and properly report.
- Give proper technical feed back to the Fleet Maintenance Planner after a repair.
- After finishing the repair of vehicles, complete the work order, get signatures and comments from the driver and confirmation from the Fleet and CDE Planner.
- Clean and tidy workplace areas, hand tools, toolboxes, and workshop equipment after work.
- Ensure proper root cause analysis is done for top five break downs within the week and the action plan implemented so that the breakdown will not reoccur.
- Respond to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records and report on vehicle condition.
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
- Carry out vehicle inspections, identify and report all Maintenance needs.
- Participate in food safety management system implementation.
- Report food safety, defence and fraud related issues to food safety team leader designate (SHEQ) manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in an FMCG and adequate experience in Light and Heavy Motor vehicle repairs and operation.
Competencies
- Must possess good analytical ability and problem-solving skills,
- Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to provide strong leadership and motivation.
- Must be a change activist and
- Must have good influential skills.
