In Uganda, FH is operational in the Districts of Adjumani, Kitgum, Lamwo, Kole, Kween, Mbale, Namutumba and Amudat Districts implementing programs in four main sectors of Education; Food Security and Livelihoods; Health/Nutrition and Disaster Risk Reduction; with the Head office located in Kampala.
Job Summary: FH Association is seeking an experienced Digital & Technology Officer who will be responsible for managing and supporting FH’s digital and technology ecosystem at the Area Program (AP) and all its communities to realize value for the shareholders and investors. This position plays a key role in planning, implementing and supporting ongoing operations and projects in support of the Digital and Technology ecosystem including hardware, software, internet connectivity, and end-user support. The role includes partnering and supporting digital development initiatives focused on using digital and technology to empower communities, improving access to resources, and enhancing the organization’s impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Digital & Technology Officer should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS coordination, digital ecosystem management, and device management, preferably within an INGO or non-profit organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis for program evaluation.
- Proven experience with digital tool selection, integration, and management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Digital or a related field preferred.
