Job Summary: The job holder will identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the company revenue and market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a strong market presence focusing on customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition.
- Conduct market research on customer and market needs.
- Ensure services information is aligned with company value proposition and market needs.
- Identify new opportunities to support business growth and differentiation in the market.
- Develop and execute sales incentives to drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company to key stakeholders such as clients and partners.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a bachelor degree in a business related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leading fintech and business strategy.
- Customer Orientation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet set targets and goals.
