Job Summary: We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. This person must be experienced in selling Human Resource solutions and thrive in a performance-focused environment with minimal supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities and partnerships for HR services including recruitment, training, call center setup, Sales & Marketing, Manpower management etc.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.
- Conduct client needs assessments and deliver customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipelines, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the Human Resource or BPO sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, training, PR, and outsourced solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong personal drive, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field preferred.

- Professionalism, persistence, and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Team player with a solution-oriented approach.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
