Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
- Related experience of at least 3 years
- Ability to lead teams and deliver branch targets
- Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ensure an efficient financial and integration performance of the branch.
