NEC-STREIT (U) LTD is a joint venture company between STREIT Group a leading armoured vehicle manufacturer based at Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates and National Enterprise Corporation, a commercial arm of Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs. The two companies operate an armoured vehicle Manufacturing and assembly plant at Nakasongola, north of Kampala, Uganda. Recently the company opened an armoured vehicle showroom at Abaita Ababiri, Entebbe, Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking areas to ensure a smooth finish and optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix and match paints according to specifications to achieve desired color and finish, while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive painting is a significant advantage.
- Certification from recognized automotive painting or refinishing programs is highly preferred.
