Job Summary: Help us bring local stores online! We’re hiring a Vendor Onboarding Officer to recruit shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies onto the Delivery App.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, pitch, and sign up vendors across Ntinda.
- Set up vendor accounts, upload products, and train them on using the platform.
- Support vendors with updates, pricing, and order handling.
- Build lasting relationships that keep our supply side strong.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or merchant onboarding is a bonus.
- Familiarity with small businesses and local retail preferred.
