Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or Transport Engineering; postgraduate qualifications in traffic engineering or transport planning preferred.
- Registered with the Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB) of Uganda.
- He/she should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in traffic management, modelling, and urban transport systems.
