Job Summary: Are you passionate about sales and building lasting client relationships, We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officers to join our team and help grow our business in loans, accounts, and the full suite of banking products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by acquiring new clients and cross-selling banking products
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and/or SME customers
- Provide excellent financial solutions and personalized advisory services
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement & customer centric approach.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling banking products and services
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal abilities
- Goal & Result oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related field.
