Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Weichai Diesel Generators)

The company has been deeply engaged in the local market of Uganda for many years. and its various products are widely welcomed by Chinese enterprises in Uganda and local Ugandan enterprises.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute market expansion strategies and develop sales channels.
- Guide sales staff and assist in major project negotiations.
- Participate in market research and support product strategy optimization.
- Manage key client relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
- Follow up on payments and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Over 28 years old-male.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business. marketing, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management of large-scale or B2B projects. preferably in industrial equipment, power solutions or machinery.
- Strong leadership. communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with the Ugandan market and ability to work independently under targets.
- Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
