Job Summary: Are you a logistics guru with a passion for execution and efficiency? Delivery App, Uganda’s newest on-demand delivery service, is looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to run daily logistics, manage rider performance, and ensure customers receive their deliveries on time, every time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise delivery agents.
- Set delivery zones, shift schedules, and fulfillment workflows.
- Track performance metrics like delivery time and order accuracy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in logistics, fleet, or operations management.
- Problem-solving and people management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
