Job Summary: As a Tele Sales Intern at NOKI Logistics Limited, you will support the sales team in driving growth by engaging potential clients and promoting our logistics services. This internship offers hands-on experience in telemarketing, sales strategy, and customer relationship management in the logistics sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation through outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and providing basic information about logistics services.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support the team in sales campaigns and market research activities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Enthusiastic, with a keen interest in sales and the logistics industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
