Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Intern / Office Administrator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or students in their final year looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support and office administration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic IT support and troubleshooting
- Help maintain computer networks and office systems
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoicing and document management
- Support project coordination and communication
- Maintain inventory of IT and office supplies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
