Job Summary:   Mkazipreneur is looking for an experienced M&E Associate to support the design, implementation, and management of M&E systems to track the effectiveness and impact of Mkazipreneur’s programs. The role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accountability and learning from all activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about fostering women’s economic empowerment.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of M&E frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Conduct baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations for various projects.
  • Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative data from program beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  • Use data management software to clean, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement based on data insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop visual dashboards and presentations to communicate program results.
  • Maintain a centralized database for program data and reports.
  • Train program staff and partners on M&E frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with the program team to integrate M&E findings into strategic decisions.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on program performance and progress.
  • Facilitate learning sessions to share M&E findings with internal teams.
  • Ensure that program outcomes are aligned with Mkazipreneur’s mission and values.
  • Promote accountability by tracking and documenting program progress and challenges.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Statistics, M&E, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of M&E experience in donor-funded projects.
  • Proficiency in digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, Power BI).
