Job Title: Logistics Clerk Menu

About the Company:
Newrest Uganda Inflight Services is an industrial catering company specializing in the aviation sector (restaurants serving the airline and VIP flights and ground with signs Caffé Lindo, E-Café Sky Café), and in the rail, marine, communities (embassies, schools, private companies, hospitals), also associated services including aerial specialist managed services “in flight” (Inflight), the sales on board (Buy-on-board), the Off- taxes (duty free)) and remote support (remote sites).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Meal menus
- Coordinate with production team for any menu changes
- Maintain accurate records
- Inspect menu cycle changes for accuracy
- Communicate with client regarding menu status
- Update menu as per assigned frequency
- Assist with resolving meal issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Production support team
- Generate reports related to menu feedbacks
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- background experience in hospital catering menu management.
- At least 5 years of experience
- BUT, Bachelor’s degree, Bac+3
