Job Title: IT (SAP) & OTC Manager

Job Summary: Maintain Information technology and management strategy in line with the company needs and in keeping with the current best practice in the field of IT and digital transformation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all IT systems.
- Supervise the IT and OTC team.
- Liaising with systems suppliers on the set-up, changes and issues.
- Review the reports from the systems on a regular basis and take appropriate action.
- Training all staff on the system process and conduct periodic system audits.
- Liaise with the operations team to make sure the required truck information from the transporters is updated in OTC system.
- Ensure setup of Geofences in OTC to know exact position of tracking as per operations requirement.
- Overseeing the entire IT setup in BTS, EGL and Bulisa.
- Manage the ISP for better connectivity.
- Develop and execute an integrated IT & OTC strategy in line with organizational objectives.
- Supervise systems integration, data flow accuracy, and business continuity planning.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, asset management protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system audits, conduct risk assessments, and report anomalies.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your line supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Commerce or any other related qualification
- Should have Knowledge in Data ware house Management.
- Should have Knowledge in Database Management like Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal reports.
- Should have Data Analytics skills.
- Should have Software Programming skills.
- PGD or related professional qualification is an added advantage.

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position of which 3 years should be at management level
