Job Summary: Join us as a Risk and Compliance Officer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage operational risks, safety, and compliance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor & enforce loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise store cleaning operations.
- Train staff on compliance, conduct, and emergencies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree or relevant experience in Risk, Security, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG.
- Skilled in incident reporting, compliance, and documentation.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.
