Job Title: GPS Operations Quality Analyst

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
SIM & Tracker Validation
- Verify all SIM-to-tracker pairing records in the system before and after installation.
- Conduct audits on newly installed and uninstalled trackers to confirm accurate SIM pairing.
Data Reconciliation
- Review and update legacy records to resolve unpaired or mismatched SIM cards.
- Maintain a tracker-SIM reconciliation report for internal and external audit purposes.
Process Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor technician compliance with SIM card handling and pairing procedures.
- Report incidents of SIM swaps or unrecorded changes at installation points.
Deactivation and Reallocation Management
- Validate and approve all SIM deactivation requests sent to service providers.
- Ensure deactivated SIMs are removed from active tracker records.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on pairing accuracy, unpaired SIM counts, and corrective actions.
- Highlight recurring issues and propose process improvements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with technicians, stock managers, and service providers to resolve pairing and deactivation issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Data Audit role.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and high-volume transactional data.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and error checking.
- Familiarity with using Al tools and automations (such as ChatGPT, Excel Al, or Google Sheets Al plugins) to assist in data processing and validation.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
