Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi in areas General Sales, Promotions, Merchandising, Route- to -Market, Roadshows among others.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarize with all products and services offered by Treasure Communications.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and new clients through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with supervisors.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Create and deliver informative presentations for potential clients during meetings and pitches.
- Maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel) of prospective clients and track engagement stages.
- Conduct cold calls, close sales, and guide clients through the closing process.
- Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, and annual sales goals as set by management.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Support staff training to enhance technical and social sales skills.
- Attend networking events to connect with prospective clients.
